Order Processing Timeline

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days (for all orders, including electric guitar kits, finished guitars, folk/classical guitars, banjos, and mandolins).

  • Shipping Confirmation: Tracking details will be emailed immediately after dispatch.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Before Shipment

  • Full Refund Available: Cancel your order free of charge if requested before shipment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

2. After Shipment

  • If Delivery Can Be Intercepted:

    • We will attempt to halt transit and recall the package.

    • Customer Responsibility:

      • Non-refundable packaging fee (single-use packaging).

      • Administrative handling fee (varies by case).

  • If Delivery Cannot Be Intercepted:

    • Refuse Delivery: You may decline the package upon arrival.

    • Customer Responsibility:

      • Return shipping costs (outbound + return).

      • Customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred.

      • Original packaging fee (if applicable).


Fraudulent Activity & Non-Cooperation

We reserve the right to take legal action if:

  • A customer intentionally refuses delivery and fails to cooperate with return procedures.

  • Fraudulent claims or malicious disputes are identified.

Consequences Include:

  1. Case escalation to our legal and risk control departments.

  2. Collaboration with local agents, partners, and legal representatives in the customer’s country.

  3. Notification to global partners, industry peers, and logistics networks.

  4. Reporting to local postal authorities, law enforcement, and judicial agencies.

  5. Permanent blacklisting from future purchases.

We prioritize fair resolution but will vigorously protect our rights under applicable laws.
