Custom Orders

For customs orders, once the guitar or kit ready, we will take many photos first, so that you can check every detail before we ship it out. As we know, many great professional lutheirs and stores already have a big guitar business by our custom design service and after-sales support.

For custom guitars and kits, they may be not as good as a fixed guitar model in our store, there may be some imperfections, more or less. Once ready, we will take many pics, so that you can check every detail. If you don't like it or something wrong, we can make a new one for you or refund you all the money directly.

About the building time, it is usually about 75 days now. Sometimes, we may need a few more days for some complex guitars or kits. If you can not wait, just tell us, we can cancel your order and refund you directly. Any cases are very terrible issues in our store, and they are not necessary. 

Note: 1. We got many custom design orders every month, and many customers want to keep their designs unique and secret. So we will have to delete some by time; 2. For any custom design guitar or kit order, if it was canceled and refunded, it will be your last custom order in our store, we won't make any custom guitar or kit for you.
